Our  Food

Our signature dish that keeps our customers coming back for more is our Cold Crab. This may not be a traditional Fuzhou dish but it was pioneered by our late founder, Mr Tan Seng Eng in 1977 shortly after the flower crabs ran out of supply. Other in-house specialties include Prawn Rolls, Ikan Kurau Fish Head & Tail, Fragrance Crispy Duck, Honey Pork Ribs and Steamed White Cabbage.

An all-time favourite dish is also the special Red Wine Chicken Soup, made from red lees and fermented rice, this is a dish that is full of traditional home-cooked flavour. We also serve our specialties like Fried Pig's Liver, Seafood Soup and White Rice Cake. A staple at any special occasion at our restauant, is our Fish Ball Soup with meat fillings, so be sure to try that out!
